The Perfect Gift for Mother's Day

Before I begin, I must confess: Although I am telling you this is a perfect gift for Mother's Day (which it is), I have to say I've already done this and given it to my mother this year.

No, no I didn't cheat and give it early. I gave this to her as a birthday present this year. Guess what? She loved it! Why? Because all grandmas, mothers, what have you, love pictures of their kids and grand kids. Duh!

I'll be posting a step-by-step in my tutorials section later this week, but wanted to get this up now since I've been needing to for the past couple of weeks.

This was a super-fun, super-easy, and incredibly worthwhile project! I loved taking the time to pick just the right pictures of the kiddos and figuring out just the right spot to put them in.

I would recommend, if you do this yourself, print your pictures in black and white. I did one in color before this one. Well, you can see for yourself which one was used as the gift. ^^^ Plus, the pictures actually seem to "pop" a whole lot more in black and white. It really sets them apart from the flower pot.
